Unpost (getunpost.com) is a tool that deletes all the posts on your Facebook Page at once, instead of one by one. This guide shows you how to use it, step by step.

In short: connect your Page, let Unpost count everything on it, choose what to delete, and confirm. Unpost then deletes it all for you. The scan is free, your first 10 deletions are free, and you can close the tab while it works.

How to delete all your Page posts with Unpost

  1. Log in with Facebook. Go to getunpost.com and press Continue with Facebook. Facebook asks which Pages Unpost may use: pick the one you want to clean.
  2. Scan your Page. Unpost counts every post, photo, video, reel and scheduled post on the Page. Scanning is free and deletes nothing.
  3. Choose what to delete. Select everything, or only one type, like only photos.
  4. Confirm. Type your Page name and the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Unpost deletes everything for you, and if you have added your email address, it emails you when it is done.

That's it. You don't need to keep the page open.

Why not just do it on Facebook?

Facebook only lets you delete Page posts one at a time. If your Page has 5,000 posts, that means 5,000 deletions by hand. Unpost does them for you, using Meta's official API, the approved way for apps to work with Facebook.

Before you start

  • Save a copy. Deleting is permanent. If you might want your posts later, use Facebook's Download your information tool first.
  • Check that you are a full admin of the Page. You need full control of the Page. If you manage it through a Business portfolio, that works too.
  • Ads are separate. Boosted posts and ads must be removed in Meta Ads Manager.

How long does it take?

Small Pages usually finish in minutes. Very big Pages can take 24 to 72 hours, because Meta limits how fast any app can delete. Unpost handles the waiting for you. Read more about timing.

How much does it cost?

The scan is free and your first 10 deletions are free. For more, you buy a one-time package, from $7.99. There is no subscription, and deletions you don't use stay on your balance. See prices.

What Unpost can't delete

  • Posts on personal profiles (Meta doesn't allow any app to do this)
  • Ads and boosted posts (remove them in Meta Ads Manager)
  • Instagram posts
  • Your comments and likes on other people's posts

Common questions

Is it safe? Yes. Unpost never sees your Facebook password and never stores your photos or videos. Every deletion job needs your Page name and a 2FA code, so nobody can delete your content with a stolen password alone.

Can I undo it? No. Deleted posts are gone for good. That is why Unpost asks you to confirm twice and gives you a short countdown to cancel.

Will it delete my profile picture or cover photo? No. Unpost leaves those out on purpose.

Scan your Page for free to see how many posts it has. Scanning deletes nothing.
