Deleting your Unpost data
Unpost stores only your account details, connected Page IDs, encrypted access tokens, and deletion job history (item IDs and status). Your media is never stored. You can erase all of it in two ways:
Read this first: deletion is permanent
Either route below erases your whole account, not only your Facebook connection. Any deletions you have paid for and not yet used go with it, and so does every job still queued or running. Erasing your data does not create a refund and does not restore a spent balance. Signing in again gives you a new, empty account rather than the old one back.
If you only want to stop Unpost from touching a Page, remove that Page instead of erasing your account. If you have paid and simply do not want to continue, write to privacy@getunpost.com before erasing, not after, because afterwards there is nothing left to look up.
- From Unpost: Settings → “Disconnect & erase everything.” This revokes our access with Meta and deletes your account, tokens, and job history immediately.
- From Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Unpost → Remove. Facebook then notifies us and we delete your data automatically. You'll receive a confirmation code and a status URL to verify the deletion completed.
