The service
Unpost deletes content you select from Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts you administer, using Meta's official Graph API. Deletion is performed by Meta and is permanent and irreversible. You are responsible for backing up anything you want to keep before starting a job.
Pricing
One payment buys a deletion allowance (for example, $9.99 covers up to 10,000 deletions). Deletions you don't use remain on your account balance, shown in your dashboard, and apply automatically to later jobs at no extra charge. Every job runs to completion. If Meta's rate limits make it take longer than estimated, it keeps running at no extra cost.
Refunds
Full refund if you cancel a job before roughly 1% of it has completed; the refund also cancels the deletion allowance that payment opened. After that threshold no refund is possible, because deletion is irreversible and the work has been delivered. Cancelling a job that was covered by an existing balance returns the unused deletions to that balance.
Limits
Some items cannot be deleted via Meta's API (for example boosted or ad posts); Unpost marks these rather than removing them. Job duration estimates are estimates, never promises. Meta's rate limits control the pace.
