Why we price by volume, not time
Job duration is set by Meta's API rate limits, not by us. A large or low-engagement Page can legitimately take 24–72 hours to clear. Charging more because Meta is slow would punish you for something neither of us controls, so we don't. You buy a finished job; if it runs long, it keeps running at no extra charge.

- Why not a subscription?
- Deleting your history is a job, not a habit. You pay once for a batch of deletions; when they're used, they're used. Nothing renews.
- What happens to deletions I don't use?
- They stay on your balance. Pay $9.99, delete 8,000 items today, and your dashboard shows 2,000 deletions remaining, ready for any Page you manage, with no second payment and no expiry.
- What if the job takes days?
- Meta enforces API rate limits on every app. They're Meta's rules, not ours. However long your job takes, the price doesn't change and it keeps running until every selected item is gone.
- Do I pay for everything on my Page?
- No. Your price is set by the items you select, not by everything on the Page. Selecting 300 items from a Page with 40,000 is a $9.99 job, and the other 9,700 deletions stay on your balance.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. A full refund if you cancel before roughly 1% of the job has run (the refund also cancels that payment's deletion balance). After that no refund is possible, because deletion is irreversible and the work has been delivered.
- Is the scan really free?
- Always. We scan your Page, show you exactly how many items you have by type, and only then show a price. You decide with the number in front of you.
